How do I return a product?
Email us at care@morean.in with your order number and reason. We process every return within 24 to 48 hours. You do not need to send the jar back. No forms, no courier, no hassle.
How long do refunds take?
Once processed, the amount is credited within 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank. UPI refunds are typically faster at 1 to 3 days. You will receive an email confirmation when it is done.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once dispatched. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered in 2 to 4 working days. If no update within 48 hours, email us with your order number.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available across most pin codes in India. Prepaid orders get an additional 5% discount and are prioritised for dispatch. We recommend prepaid for the fastest delivery and the best price.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Email us a photo of the damaged item and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no cost within 24 hours. If unavailable, we will process a full refund immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery. All prepaid transactions go through Razorpay which is PCI-DSS compliant. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Can I exchange for a different product?
Morean currently has one product so exchanges are not applicable. If it does not work for you, email us within 30 days for a full refund. No partial credit. No store credit. Complete money-back.
How long does delivery take?
2 to 4 working days for most pin codes across India. Metro cities typically receive orders in 2 days. Remote pin codes may take up to 5 to 6 days. Shipping is free on all orders.
