okay so i was super skeptical because i've tried literally everything. nizoral, head and shoulders, some ayurvedic thing my mom sent. nothing worked for more than like 2 weeks. ordered this on a whim tbh. day 4 or 5 i noticed the itching was actually less?? not gone but noticeably less. by the end of week 2 i wore a black tshirt to office without checking my shoulders first. that's a big deal for me lol. still not 100% but honestly the best i've been in 3 years
