MOREAN 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Morean, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to shop with confidence. Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is designed to allow customers to genuinely evaluate the product while ensuring a fair process for everyone.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we do not accept returns under normal circumstances.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Ordering by mistake.
- Purchasing without reviewing the product description.
- Deciding not to use the product after delivery.
- Preference-based returns.
- Expecting results outside the claims made on the website.
Once an order has been delivered, it is considered accepted unless it qualifies under the specific conditions outlined in this policy.
2. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
Refusal to accept delivery after dispatch shall not automatically qualify the order for a refund.
3. 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We understand that skin and scalp conditions respond differently from person to person. For this reason, Morean offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee to eligible customers who have genuinely used the product and are not satisfied with the results.
The guarantee is intended to remove the risk of trying the product and is not a general return policy.
4. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
To qualify for the guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:
A. Minimum Usage Requirement
- The product must be used consistently as directed for a minimum of 14 days.
- Customers must make a genuine effort to evaluate the product during this period.
B. Order Verification
Customers must provide:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address or Mobile Number
C. Product Usage Verification
Customers may be requested to provide:
- Photograph of the product currently in use.
- Photograph showing the remaining quantity of the product.
- Confirmation that the product was used according to the recommended instructions.
D. Experience Assessment
If the customer is requesting a refund because:
- No improvement was observed,
- Symptoms worsened,
- Irritation increased,
- Redness increased,
- Flaking increased,
- Itching increased, or
- Any other adverse outcome occurred,
the customer must provide:
- Clear photographs of the affected area at the time of the refund request.

A brief written explanation covering:
- The results experienced.
- Whether symptoms remained the same, improved, or worsened.
- The approximate duration for which the product was used.
- Confirmation of consistent usage as directed.
The purpose of this information is not to make the refund process difficult, but to better understand customer outcomes and continuously improve our products and customer experience.
5. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, dandruff, scalp irritation, itching, redness, and related skin conditions can vary significantly in severity and response.
Results depend on multiple factors, including:
- Individual skin type
- Severity of the condition
- Duration of the condition
- Lifestyle factors
- Environmental factors
- Consistency of product usage
- Individual biological response
Some customers may notice improvement quickly, while others may require more time before visible results become apparent.
For this reason, Morean cannot guarantee identical results for every customer.
6. SEVERE CONDITION EXCLUSION
Morean products are intended for mild to moderate symptoms as described on the product page.
The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply where:
- The customer knowingly purchases the product despite having severe seborrheic dermatitis or severe psoriasis.
- The condition falls outside the intended scope of use disclosed on the website.
- The customer has extensive redness, heavy flaking, severe inflammation, widespread lesions, bleeding, or symptoms requiring medical intervention.
Customers with severe or advanced conditions are encouraged to seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
7. BUNDLE OFFERS & PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES
Orders purchased under promotional offers including:
- Buy 2 Get 1 Free
- Buy 2 Get 2 Free
- Combo Packs
- Bundle Offers
- Multi-Pack Discounts
- Seasonal Promotions
remain eligible for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
However, where a refund request is approved for a promotional purchase, Morean reserves the right to adjust the refund amount to account for promotional benefits received.
For such purchases, a maximum refund of up to 50% of the effective order value will be issued.
8. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, express shipping fees, priority handling fees, and similar service charges are non-refundable.
Where a refund is approved, only the product value paid by the customer shall be considered for refund calculation.
9. DAMAGED, OPENED, LEAKING, EXPIRED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a customer receives a product that is:
- Damaged,
- Opened,
- Leaking,
- Expired,
- Incorrectly delivered, or
- Defective upon arrival,
the customer must notify Morean within 3 calendar days of delivery.
The customer must provide:
- Order Number
- Photographs of the outer package
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs clearly showing the issue
Upon verification, a replacement product will be arranged where applicable.
Claims reported after 3 calendar days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
10. REFUND PROCESS
Prepaid Orders
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Customers will be required to provide:
- Bank Account Holder Name
- Account Number
- IFSC Code
or
- UPI ID
Refund processing will commence once valid payment details have been received.
11. ABUSE OF GUARANTEE
To maintain fairness for all customers, Morean reserves the right to reject claims where there is reasonable evidence of:
- Fraudulent activity,
- False information,
- Misrepresentation of product usage,
- Repeated misuse of the guarantee,
- Attempts to obtain products without genuine evaluation.
Any decision taken following a review of the information provided shall be final.
